Haryana Kanyadan Yojana 2025: The Haryana Government has launched the Haryana Kanyadan Yojana 2025 to support the marriage of daughters belonging to poor and financially weak families. Earlier, the government provided ₹41,000 as financial help for the marriage of girls, but now this amount has been increased to ₹51,000.

What is Haryana Kanyadan Yojana?

Haryana Kanyadan Yojana has been started by the Department of Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of the Haryana Government. Under this plan, girls belonging to Below Poverty Line (BPL) families and widow women of the state are given financial help for marriage.

Earlier, the amount given under this scheme was ₹41,000, but now it has been increased to ₹51,000. Any girl or widow woman who wants to get the benefit of this scheme must apply online. After approval, the government will release the assistance amount for the marriage.

Purpose of Haryana Kanyadan Yojana 2025

The main aim of this scheme is to help the daughters of financially weak families in Haryana with marriage expenses. Under the scheme, the government gives ₹51,000 to eligible families so that the girl’s marriage can take place smoothly without financial stress.

This scheme ensures that no girl remains unmarried due to lack of money and the marriage is completed without any difficulty.

Eligibility for Haryana Kanyadan Yojana 2025

To apply for this scheme:

• The girl or widow woman must be a resident of Haryana.
• The girl must be at least 18 years old.
• Divorced women are not eligible for this scheme.
• The annual income of the girl’s family must be less than ₹1,00,000.

How to Apply for Haryana Kanyadan Yojana 2025?

1. Visit the official website of the Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes.
2. The homepage of the Welfare Department will open.
3. Find the option for Online Registration Form and click on it.
4. Fill in all the details correctly, such as the girl’s name, age, marriage date, etc.
5. After filling the form, click on the Submit button.
6. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a User ID and Password on your mobile number.
7. With this User ID and Password, you can check the status of your application anytime.
